Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These conditions apply to transport services agreed between the business identified in the legal notice and its customers. Different terms apply only when expressly confirmed.

2. Enquiry and contract formation

A website request is not yet a binding offer. A contract is formed only through an express order confirmation or when the agreed service begins. Price and availability remain subject to review until confirmation.

3. Scope of service

Pickup, destination, cargo, quantity, weight, dates, vehicle, customer responsibilities and additional services are defined by the confirmed order. The customer provides correct and complete information and identifies special risks or handling requirements.

4. Prices and payment

The prices, surcharges, taxes, payment deadlines and methods stated in the individual quote or order confirmation apply.

5. Liability

Liability and its limitations are governed by the individual agreement and mandatory law, including the freight rules applicable to the relevant transport.

6. Cancellation and impediments

Rules for cancellations, waiting time, unsuccessful pickups and unforeseen impediments are set out in the quote or order confirmation. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Final provisions

The law specified in the contract applies. Mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Individual agreements take priority over these general conditions.
